About ACCCA

The ACCCA (Axbridge Church Celebration of Creative Arts), aims to provide opportunities for creative artists of all kinds to share their work with the community of Axbridge and the surrounding area. The event includes many opportunities for artists to share (and sell?) their works of visual and aural art. There are also talks and readings from experienced artists who want to share their experience.

There is also an 'all day concert' which provides an opportunity for musicians to play and be heard within the church building, which has such wonderful accoustic properties. The concert programme includes some members of the 'Harmony Concerts' group, who regularly play in local churches, but the programme also includes many musicians who are not members of 'Harmony Concerts'.. (yet).

About 'Harmony Concerts'

Harmony Concerts musicians have a wealth of performance experience and particularly enjoy playing in venues that are accoustically friendly to our instruments. We play a variety of music in a wide range of styles. The programme for a particular concert is chosen to suit the unique combination of available instruments, the accoustic character of the venue and the likely tastes of the intended audience. We are delighted to have been invited to be involved in this wonderful All Day concert in the Axbridge church.
